Shipping Information:

Most orders through Evergain Outlet is shipped via UPS ground within 1 business day, insured, and delivery confirmation. This means when the package arrives, someone has to sign for it. Evergain Outlet's warehouses are all on the east coast (NY and NJ metro area). Shipping to the east coast generally takes 2 to 3 business days, and west coast shipping can take up to 6 business days. Evergain Outlet has UPS pickup daily, Monday to Friday on business days.

For most international orders, our prefered shipping companies are UPS and USPS. Although we do not have daily USPS pickup, we can make arrangements, but that generally adds 1 day in shipping times. If you require your order to be shipped via USPS, please contact us before placing the order.

Several products on this site offer free shipping. Please note the free shipping only applies to orders shipped within the 48 states. These orders will be shipped via UPS ground. UPS does NOT ship to PO Boxes and APO/AFO addresses. If your address is outside the 48 states, a PO Box or APO/AFO address, the free shipping does not apply to you. We do offer discounted USPS Priority shipping to those addresses on items that would otherwise qualify for free shipping.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Evergain Outlet does not offer refunds. All sales are final. This is the only way we are able to offer such low prices. Having a low overhead helps keep our operating costs lower, ad we pass the savings on to you.

We only accept returns if items are defective, in which case they will be repaired/replaced under warranty terms. We can also accept unopened items for returns. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted, as well as shipping fees (actual rates as per UPS shipping chart, which differs with different items due to weight, size and location). Balance will be issued as store credit, which is good for 1 year, and can be applied to other Evergain Outlet items. Store credit is transferable.

How long does my order take to process? Orders placed before 3PM are usually shipped the same business day. Orders can take up to an additional business day to process. If for any reason your order cannot be shipped within 2 business days, you will be notified.

Shipping: Evergain Outlet ships through UPS; mostly with UPS ground. All packages are shipped insured, with delivery confirmation, and require a signature. If your package needs t be shipped in other manners, please contact us for additional information.

How long until I receive my product? I'm anxious and I want it already!!! That depends on where you live. Evergain Outlet tries to ship out all orders asap. Evergain Outlet ships from the tri state (NY/NJ/PA) area. Shipping to the west coast can take up to 5 business days afer it leaves our hands.

Can I track my order? I need to know it's whereabouts. Ofcourse! Once your order is shipped out, a UPS notification will be sent to you email, provided that you have given a correct email address on your Paypal payment. That email usually comes on the evening of the day the package was shipped. In that email, there will be an estimated delivery date, as well as the tracking number.

Price matching: Evergain Outlet will not only match, but beat the price of any Evergain product sold through an authorized dealer of the product. If you find an Evergain product advertised for lower than our price, which is highly unlikely, simply email us the item in question as well as proof of other vendor's selling price, and upon verification, we would be happy to beat the price. We only ask that this is presented before your purchase.

Security. Is my information safe? Your name, contact info and credit card information is safe with us. We do not give, share or sell any personal info. We are not affiliated with any direct marketing firms. Your info is only used for contact by us if there is a problem with your order, or our reply to your questions. We know you don't like spam or direct marketing people. We don't like them either.

Warranty: Warranty time periods are different on different items. They are stated in seperate sections. Warranty covers defects in workmanship for a specific period. For warranty claims, please contact us first, for further instructions. Manufacturer's warranty covers parts and labor as well as return shipping for units malfunctioning due to manufacturer's defects. Does NOT cover accidental damages or abuse, such as liquid spills, dropping, or any act of god. Does not cover damages that result from misuse.
